Foot Reflexology Continuing Education Course is a 2-day workshop.  Both days must be completed to earn CEs.  It is presented in a way that discusses the history of zone therapy and reflexology. It describes key benefits as well as contraindications for foot reflexology. Anatomy of the feet is reviewed, covering structures of bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves. Participants will learn how to map the feet to better access reflex areas by means of zones and guidelines. Considerations to take to prepare for sessions will be discussed. Participants will learn how to identify and work each reflex point in the foot. Each reflex will be taught through instructor demonstration with LMT trade practices to follow. 

An illustrated textbook is included in the pricing of the workshop.
